📦 Shipping Policy
At Kan’s Closet, we use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process and ship your order. Priority Shipping expedites delivery time once your order has been processed.

Heads up: Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
🚚 Shipping Times
Priority Shipping takes 1–3 business days and Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, they are responsible for delivering your order within the estimated timeframe. If there’s a delay, we recommend contacting USPS directly for the fastest help.
📦 Combined Packages
If you placed two orders and you'd prefer to combine everything into one shipment, just reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Return Policy

Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return and using your store credit to place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Undeliverable Orders / Returned to Sender
In the event that an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or similar issue), the following will apply:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: We currently ship via USPS. Shipping is free on orders $75 and over. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on what you entered at checkout). Be sure to check your spam folder just in case!
Q: WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
A: If you placed two separate orders, they may ship out in different packages — especially if we start processing them at different times.Want to combine your orders? No problem! Just email us within 2 hours of placing them, and we’ll do our best to ship everything together.Otherwise, your orders may be packed separately and arrive on different days. Either way, you’ll receive tracking info for each package!
