📦 SHIPPING + ORDER INFO
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: We currently ship via USPS. Shipping is free on orders $75 and over. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on what you entered at checkout). Be sure to check your spam folder just in case!
Q: WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
A: If you placed two separate orders, they may ship out in different packages — especially if we start processing them at different times.Want to combine your orders? No problem! Just email us within 2 hours of placing them, and we’ll do our best to ship everything together.Otherwise, your orders may be packed separately and arrive on different days. Either way, you’ll receive tracking info for each package!
Q: MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: First, reach out to your local USPS with your tracking number. If they’re unable to assist, email us at info@kanscloset.com and we’ll help figure it out.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED?
A: Once your order is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. You’ll also be taken to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you don’t receive the email, double-check your spam folder or contact us.
Q: I’VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: Please email us ASAP at info@kanscloset.com if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee the item you want to swap for will still be in stock.

Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
A: Ugh, we’re so sorry! Please email us right away with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Please note: We’re not responsible for damage caused by washing or wearing.
Q: WHAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE?
A: All clearance items and Bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: MY COUPON CODE ISN’T WORKING. HELP!
A: If your code isn’t working, it may have expired or be ineligible with other offers. Coupon codes can’t be combined with other promotions unless we say so. Still having issues? Email us and we’ll take a look.
