📦 Shipping Policy

At Kan’s Closet, we use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process and ship your order. Priority Shipping expedites delivery time once your order has been processed.

You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your items are on the way. If you haven’t received your tracking info after 72 hours, feel free to reach out to us at info@kanscloset.com — we’re happy to help!

Heads up: Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

🚚 Shipping Times

Priority Shipping takes 1–3 business days and Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

Once a package has been handed off to USPS, they are responsible for delivering your order within the estimated timeframe. If there’s a delay, we recommend contacting USPS directly for the fastest help.

📦 Combined Packages 

If you placed two orders and you'd  prefer to combine everything into one shipment, just reply to your confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
