Shipping

Processing & Fulfillment

At Kan’s Closet, we use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process and ship your order.

Priority Shipping speeds up delivery after your order has shipped it does not shorten processing time.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. If it’s been more than 72 hours and you haven’t received tracking info, just shoot us an email we’ll respond within 1 business day.

🗓️ Weekend Orders: Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.


 Shipping Times

  • We ship all orders from Louisiana.

    • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (after processing)

    • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (after processing)

    Please note:
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is handed off to USPS, they are responsible for delivering it within the estimated timeframe.

    📣 Ordering for a holiday or special occasion? We strongly recommend placing your order at least 10 business days in advance to avoid any potential USPS delays.


 Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to join our email list for VIP perks!


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!


 Order Changes & Cancellations

Made a mistake? No problem  it happens!
Email us at info@kanscloset.com within 2 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.


Combining Orders

Placed multiple orders and want them shipped together? Just reply to your most recent confirmation email within 2 hours— if we haven’t processed the orders yet, we’ll try to combine them into one shipment.


🛑 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for it. That said, we understand how frustrating this can be — and we’re still here to help:

  • Double-check your shipping address

  • Check your porch, mailbox, side doors, or with neighbors

  • Reach out to your local post office or USPS.

🧡 If your package is lost or stolen, we’re happy to help you file a claim or contact USPS. Just reach out to us — we’ll support you as best we can.


🛍️ Preorders & Delayed Items

If your order includes a preorder item, processing times may be longer and will be clearly listed on the product page. Your full order will ship once all items are ready.


⏰ High Volume Periods (Holidays & Sales)

During holidays or major sale events, processing time may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we hustle behind the scenes to pack your order with care!
