Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached

If your return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label along with detailed return instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@kanscloset.com with a photo and a description of the issue so that we may resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. Additionally, any tips given at checkout are completely optional and are not refundable, as they go directly toward supporting our small business and team.
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please reach out to our team before initiating your return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return and using your store credit to place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kanscloset.com.
Undeliverable Orders / Returned to Sender
In the event that an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or similar issue), the following will apply:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable
