Processing & Fulfillment
At Kan’s Closet, we use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process and ship your order.
⚡ Priority Shipping speeds up delivery after your order has shipped it does not shorten processing time.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. If it’s been more than 72 hours and you haven’t received tracking info, just shoot us an email we’ll respond within 1 business day.
🗓️ Weekend Orders: Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Combining Orders
Placed multiple orders and want them shipped together? Just reply to your most recent confirmation email within 2 hours— if we haven’t processed the orders yet, we’ll try to combine them into one shipment.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. Additionally, any tips given at checkout are completely optional and are not refundable, as they go directly toward supporting our small business and team.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend initiating a return and using your store credit to place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Undeliverable Orders / Returned to Sender
In the event that an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or similar issue), the following will apply:

Q: What are your shipping options within the United States?
A: We ship all orders from Louisiana via USPS. Standard Shipping is free on orders over $75 & Priority shipping is free on all order over $150. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email or text depending on what you entered at checkout.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder first, then reach out to us if needed.
Q: Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
A: If you placed two separate orders, they may be processed and shipped separately. If you'd like to combine orders, email us within 2 hours of placing them, and we’ll do our best! Otherwise, they may ship individually, and you’ll receive tracking for each.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Q: I received a damaged item. What do I do?
A: Oh no — we’re so sorry! Please email us right away at info@kanscloset.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if eligible. (Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by washing or wearing.)
Q: What is considered final sale?
A: All bodysuits, clearance items, and anything marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and promotional giveaways are also non-returnable.
